Lior Chorev

Co-Founder, Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer

International strategic consultant and campaign manager; co-founder and Chairman of Percepto International.

Born in Jerusalem. After his military service, he began and anchored his career in Israel’s political affairs at a very young age, becoming a major contributor in the field. He has been involved in more than 100 political campaigns at international, national, and municipal levels.

He served as a senior strategist in Ariel Sharon’s prime ministerial campaigns (wins in 2001 and 2003) and in 2006 advised Ehud Olmert, who was elected Prime Minister.

From 2011–2013, he was Chief Strategy Officer at Azura Consulting LTD, an international natural reserves and mining consulting firm. Roles include CEO of Euro Israel and Arad Communications, co-CEO of “Active 2000,” and founding partner of the “Euro RSCG Israel” group.

Internationally, he has advised multinationals and governments and led successful campaigns across Europe, America, Africa, and the Middle East. He serves as a lead consultant in geopolitical crises worldwide.

Founder of L. Chorev Investments LTD and Chairman of Goldfinger Communications. Partner in Senttio (digital psychological profiling AI). Former Strategic Advisor to the IDC Herzliya Conference at the Institute for Policy and Strategy, where he also teaches.

Royi Burstien

Co-Founder, CEO & Chief Intelligence Officer

Lt. Colonel (ret.), 27-year veteran of the IDF intelligence directorate (Field, Cyber, SIGINT, HUMINT, Special Operations, PSYOPS, Narrative Warfare).

After retiring in 2013, he brought cyber, intelligence, and influence expertise to the private sector: co-founded I2A Ltd (Business Intelligence), then established and managed Psy Group (EU-based, Intelligence-led Influence campaigns) and privately held Athiri.

In the last 8 years he has led dozens of projects for governments, multinationals, NGOs, and HNWIs worldwide, gaining unique access to decision makers and key media channels, particularly in Western countries.

Recognizing the nexus between cyber, intelligence, and influence—especially during high-stakes election campaigns—he joined forces with Lior Chorev to found Percepto International, delivering total Public Perception campaign capabilities.

Holds a B.A. in Economics & Business Administration and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. Married and father of 4.

Marketing

Brand & communications strategist with advanced training in strategic communication.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree from the MSU Business School and a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University.

She speaks 4 languages. Irina actually does not exist. She is an avatar and she does not look like any existing human. She was created to show how perception-driven you are too.
